Seminar by Jean-Claude Zambrini - Jacobi's Stochastic Integrability   15 January 2015

14:00 - 16:00

Organiser

Jean-Claude Zambrini, University of Lisboa

We show that Jacobi's theorem for the integration of classical Hamiltonian equations can be deformed stochastically, and plays the same role, in this probabilistic context, as in classical mechanics.
On this basis, we define a notion of stochastic integrability, and give various examples.
